Shipping Policy

Policy Scope: This policy applies to retail orders placed on WCBatteries.com only. B2B shipping terms are set separately at the time of the business relationship agreement.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:30 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed after 2:30 PM PT or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Example: An order placed at 5:00 PM PT on Friday ships the following Monday.

Shipping Rates and Estimated Transit Times

Shipping cost is based on total order weight. All rates apply to the contiguous United States (48 states). Transit times begin after the order ships, not when the order is placed. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Some products require freight shipping due to size, weight, or form factor, regardless of total order weight. When freight is required, West Coast Batteries selects the carrier. Customers may be contacted to confirm delivery details such as commercial vs. residential delivery, liftgate service, or appointment requirements.

Customer-Arranged Export Option: We can ship to a U.S.-based pickup location or freight forwarder you designate. From there, you arrange export to the final destination. West Coast Batteries is not responsible for export documentation, customs, international shipping, or delivery beyond the U.S. pickup point.

Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent once the order ships. Freight shipments may include carrier contact details for delivery coordination.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or freight delivery requirements such as appointments, liftgate service, or limited-access locations. West Coast Batteries is not responsible for carrier-related delays after the order has shipped.
