West Coast Batteries – Returns Policy

Policy Scope

This Returns Policy applies only to non-warranty matters, including order errors, fulfillment issues, or shipping-related concerns.
Battery performance issues, defects, or failures are not returns and are handled under separate manufacturer warranty policies.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be considered only if all conditions below are met:

  • Product is new, unused, and uninstalled
  • Product is in original condition and packaging
  • Request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Request is submitted using the West Coast Batteries Returns Request Form
  • Return is approved prior to shipment

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed or used batteries
  • Batteries returned for performance, fitment, or application issues
  • Products damaged due to improper handling, charging, or installation
  • Unauthorized returns or returns sent without approval

Batteries are regulated, heavy, and technical products and are not eligible for trial, test-fit, or diagnostic returns.

Review, Shipping & Credits

  • All requests are reviewed prior to approval
  • Approved returns will receive written instructions by email
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed West Coast Batteries error
  • Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee
  • Credits are issued after inspection of returned items
